First Session:
Allow about 1.5 hours for your first session. The health history form can be downloaded below to save time. Please print and fill out the forms and email back BEFORE your first session. Follow Up Sessions: Allow 45-90 minutes for your follow up sessions. Referrals

How To Prepare Your Dog For Their Session
Please exercise your dog before their session time so that they are ready to relax and process the session afterward. Try to allow for at least 2 full days of lighter activity after their session if this is their first bodywork session.
Relax and bring your best self to their appointment. These sessions can be very informative and ultimately should be restorative for both you and your pet. Your pets are very intuitive and will pick up on any emotions you are feeling, so try to remain relaxed and keep an open mind for the sessions.
What To Expect During A Session
Your pet's session will begin with us reviewing any questions or additional information you may not have noted on your health history form. We will choose the location you feel your dog will be the most comfortable. We will be here for 1-1.5 hours. A quiet space with limited distractions, where they feel safe and comfortable is best. We will assess your dog’s current mobility and postural habits. You may notice some of the following signs of relaxation during the session:
Licking
Fluid leaking from the nose
Yawning
Relaxed Posture
Groaning and Sighing
Softening of the Face and Eyes
This is their way of providing me with feedback as we go through the movements. I’ll share with you what I feel and notice in their body throughout the session.
At the end of the session, we’ll review key areas that I need you to monitor for me. I will likely give you homework to do with your pet to promote the best outcome of each session. Feel free to reach out at any time after a session with any questions or concerns.
